Terms and Conditions
Vision Taekwon-Do Crowborough

Thank you for choosing Vision Taekwon-Do.
These Terms and Conditions help ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all students.
1 Membership
- Membership begins once the registration has been completed and payment has been received.
- Membership is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
- Students must keep their contact details up to date.
- Your annual membership will renew annually on the same date and will be collected automatically.
2 Fees and Payments
- Training fees are paid monthly by direct debit. Our payments are managed by Nest Management.
- Late or missed payments may result in suspension of training until the account is brought up to date.
- Training fees and annual membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
3 Cancellations
- Membership may be cancelled by providing 30 days’ written notice.
- Any outstanding fees must be paid before the membership ends.
- Vision Taekwon-Do reserves the right to cancel a membership due to repeated breaches of these terms and conditions or inappropriate behaviour.
4 Attendance
- Students should arrive on time and be ready to train. Please tie hair back, remove jewellery and bring along a bottle of water.
- If you are unable to attend a class, please notify the school where possible.
- Missed classes are not guaranteed to be made up unless agreed by Vision Taekwon-Do.
5 Health and Safety
- Students must inform the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or changes to their health that may affect training.
- Students train at their own risk and should only participate if they are fit to do so.
- Appropriate safety equipment must be worn when required.
- Students must follow all instructor directions to help maintain a safe training environment.
6 Code of Conduct
All students are expected to:
- Treat instructors, assistant’s, and fellow students with respect.
- Follow the rules and instructions given during classes.
- Refrain from bullying, harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behaviour.
- Take care of any equipment and facilities.
Failure to follow the Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of membership.
7 Personal Property
Students are responsible for their own personal belongings. Vision Taekwon-Do is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
8 Safeguarding
Vision TKD adheres to safeguarding olives documented by the All England Taekwon-Do Assosiation. These can be found here:

9 Photography and Video
From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken during classes or events for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish for you or your child to appear in photographs or videos, please notify the school in writing.
10 Liability
Martial arts involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. By participating, students acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by instructors.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability where it cannot legally be limited or excluded.
11 Changes to Classes
The school reserves the right to change class times, instructors, locations, or timetables where necessary. Reasonable notice will be given whenever possible.
12 Changes to These Terms
The school may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be made available to all members.
